Yes, but mind had a problem and I worked with HP support who suggested a new windows install. That was a pain but it fixed the problem. You need to buy MS Office separately.

That means you can only download apps from the Microsoft Store and use the Microsoft Edge browser. You can switch out of the S Mode. It is free and easy to do.
