You can disable S mode in the windows settings for free. If you go to the Windows Update section of the settings you should see the option to switch out of S mode.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I had to take it back to the store and have the Geek Squad take it out of S mode. It took 5 minutes. Easy fix. It should have been done at the store when I purchased it. It cannot be done remotely.
