“I have an older laptop that has quickbooks accounting program installed using a disc. Can this be transferred if save on an external hard drive? And I have Open Office similar to micro office suite. Can that also be remastered?”

Hello, you will need to export your Open Office into MicroSoft Office or open Open Office on your laptop and transfer your documents or open then individually as you need them from an external or cloud device. Quickbooks you can download via their website or by adding an external optical drive to this laptop. Thank you for being an HP customer!
