Call your local Best Buy for specifics for India however Best Buy has a 15 day return policy and 30 days if you are an Elite member. Pick up is based on the stores inventory unless you buy online to ship to store. Unless you purchase an extended warranty from Best Buy after 15 days then you would need to deal directly with HP manufactures warranty for issues.
