No, this computer would not be sufficient for Photoshop. Photoshop requires a better processor like Intel i5 and at least 8 gigabytes of RAM or more. It is a very big program and it is very graphic intensive.

Only if you add additional memory. The processor might be a little iffy as well. I don't think it would work well as is.
