“Hi, Confused about specs vs. your answers to RAM question. Specs = can upgrade to 16 GB. Your answer, only 1 RAM slot, can only upgrade to 8GB. I can verify that my HP ALl in one only has one memory slot. Is there an option to get a single 16 GB RAM?”

This model has 1 memory slot. Here is how to access and replace memory: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05145045 Here is the motherboard specs with information on replacing the RAM. It states that 8GB is maximum. https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06032265

Don't follow the hp manual entered in the answer section it lists the wrong ram format. Just received the ram I ordered to those specifications only to find that this computer does not use that format at all. Included is a pic of actual ram in the machine
