No, you're going to need a faster processor, ideally an AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 (or Intel i5 or i7) to play those games. Roblox doesn't need quite as much, so you could probably get away with a Ryzen 3 or i3 for that one. And you definitely need at least 8GB RAM for Fortnite.
