Hello, you will have to check with Brother to determine if it is compatible with a Windows 10 operating system device. The height of the monitor is not adjustable but you can tilt it back and forth. The dimensions for this device are 19.29 x 6.81 x 14.39 in with the base which is non-removable from the monitor. It is approximately 2.5 inches from the desk to the bottom of the computer.
