“I assume that this computer runs on windows 11. Can turbotax load and run without security problems with Windows 11? Is turbotax in the Windows store or is it planned to be in the windows store? Same questions if this computer comes with Windows 10.”

Yes, it runs Windows 11 and you should have no problem running TurboTax on it. TurboTax isn't currently in the Microsoft store and we haven't heard anything from Microsoft about whether or not they're going to carry it, but because the computer is running Windows 11 Home, you can purchase from a retailer like Best Buy.
