All you need to do is, minimize the window, lower the graphics, and finally shorten the simulation distance. You will get legitimate 50 - 70 fps gameplay. You will see in the picture that I have 40 fps, that is computer mistakes. Trust me. It feels like 60 fps not gonna lie. wait 20 seconds into the game and it's 60 fps.
