• No. No speakers, no headphone jack, no audio output of any kind

• There are no speakers. You can hookup the roku the HDMI port, but there is no pass thru for the audio signal, so you would need a roku that has alternative audio outputs. I believe that some rokus have remotes with headphone jacks, so that might be a solution if you want to use this monitor.

• There are no speakers on this monitor so this is probably not for you. You could connect for the video from ROKU, but your ROKU device must have a headphone connection for you to have sound (ROKU Premier for example - headphone connection on remote).
