I dont believe Best Buy will do this for free. Im not even sure it will be done if you are a member of the Geek Squad Service that is pretty expensive. If your HD is in an external enclosure you should just be able to connect (Usually using a USB3 cable to the USB port on the computer. The comuter should show on your desktop an additional " Drive" which is your old hard drive and you just open it like a folder and literally drag over the files one by one or select a few at a time. If the hard drive is something you took OUT of another computer, then you have to get an external encloser (which makes it an External Hard Drive) and do above. Some people buy cables with one end that fits directly to the hard drive....it depends on what type port/connection/ pins, the old drive has with the other end of the cable being the USB -A or C , and once connected to new computer you see it as a "Drive" either on desktop or find it by searching in the bottom search bar of taskbar "desktop" and on left side you look for Storage. There should be at least Storage C:, and another Storage usually D:. Look for a letter that wasnt there before and this will be you old hard drive showing up as a new storage. Its the same thing as if you insert a thumb drive, you see it as a new drive on desktop. Good Luck
