What is that thing at the top of it? null

Hello Cleo and thank you for your question. Sitting on top of this All-in-One Computer is a webcam. You can push it down so it isn't visible when not in use.

Thank you for your question on this HP All-in-One PC! The "thing at the top" is the pop-up web camera that only enables when you have it out. This is so you have full control over the camera not not worry about leaving it turned on when you do not want it on.
