• Only one button on back lower corner that starts computor. Brightness and controls are in settings. Tech support will tell you first to unplug, then plug back in.Sometimes does fix things. Geek squad will have the answer.

• If the computer is on but the screen is blank, there is a good chance that it is in sleep mode. You can press a click, move the mouse, or click a button on the mouse to wake it up.
