Thank you for the question. Editing for leisure activities, probably yes. For more professional endeavors, you would probably want more storage, but you can achieve that by using an external drive. Please research the system requirements for the apps/software you intend to use, to ascertain if this processor (AMD Ryzen 3) and graphics card (integrated AMD Radeon) meet those requirements.
