• Once you log into your Microsoft account, the program will activate. You may have to download the Office 365 first, then it will require either the "key" code or your account log in. If you have saved your files to your Onedrive, they will come over to the new PC also.

• It should, but if you've only got the single license, you'll need to remove it from your current computer. That copy may need to be "deregistered" on your old computer, and you may need to contact Microsoft tech support if it doesn't do it automatically, but if so, it's a simple process for them.
