• Thank you for the question. There are a few ways to transfer files from your old computer to a new one. You can upload files to OneDrive (or another Cloud server) and download them to the new machine; you can connect an external hard drive to load the data from the old unit and then connect it to the new unit, or you can use a data transfer cable. There are a number of third-party software options available as well.
