If you are connecting the HDMI on the computer directly to an HDMI port on your computer and are having issues I recommend reaching out to the Geek Squad or HP support for troubleshooting.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There are two HDMI ports, and sometimes the auto-detect signal function doesn't work properly or has been disabled. Try the buttons on the underside of the frame on the right side. One of them is the input selection switch and will let you make sure you have the correct input selected.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try to hook it up to your GPU ports and not the motherboard ports (if you're on a computer). If you're on a laptop, look to see that your ports / cables to your laptop work properly. Mine worked like a charm when I hooked up. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try setting the laptop for extended or 2nd screen. Hope this helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found that when you connect the HDMI cable to computer needs to be off. I had a similar issue, did this and it worked. We have it hooked up to our TV for movies.
