• Yes. It has two HDMI ports. I hooked my desktop and laptop to it. It knows what computer I'm using and displays that screen.

• Hi Bri, thank you for your question. As long as your pre-built desktop tower has an HDMI port, then you should be able to connect this monitor to your desktop with no errors.
