• Yes, both are wireless. The computer can be used with wifi. Didn't try to set it up without an internet connection.

• Thank you for the question. The keyboard and mouse supplied with the HP 27-cb0244 All-in-One PC are wireless. While this model does have an Ethernet port, you can connect via WiFi.
