“What device will work to add a multi port hub to allow SD card, Micro SD card, USB access to this computer so you don't have to completely flip the computer around to access the available ports which do not include SD card readers? I just purchased this”

This computer does not have a USB C port in the back. Any hub would have to be USB A or use an adapter. The majority of hubs seem to be created for laptops, not a device that has ports in the back of the screen. This device has the following ports on the back of the screen: HDMI, power port, Three USB A ports. I've yet to locate a multi-port hub with Micro SD/SD Card slots that you can connect to this computer. One is needed that will connect to the back and sit underneath the monitor on the desk for ease of access.
