Would I be able to use my Oculus Quest 2 with this? null

You would want to look at the system requirements for it from the manufacture's website. Updates can change the requirements which can affect which settings you can use it on or at all.

Gpu on it is a Vega 8 Which is close to a 1070 in performance. Oculus requirement is Atleast a 1050. So it should run decently.
