Yes it can go as low as 16 1/2 inches

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.with the camera up, you're going to need at least 19". This is when the screen is at it's lowest level. This includes the stand as well. It is also approx 24.5 inches across...it barely fit into my credenza, width wise. It's a nice big screen..I love it, but it is big!
