Jules, thank you for your question and I am sorry to hear about your experience with this HP touchscreen desktop computer. You can take the computer in for servicing at Best Buy since they are an authorized HP service provider and will look into the error causing that beep pattern. If it is within the return period, you can exchange it in-store.
