• I had same issue for HP477fdw so I had to order from Amazon. Best Buy does not stock them for some reason and missed the sale.

• At this time, Best Buy only has the HP 410A Yellow and Magenta toners, skus: 4642010 and 4642012. You can enter the SKU number in the search box on Bet Buy's website to find the toners.
