“Are the cartridges hard to change. how can I find out the process. the previous cartridge was cheaper brand and I had to pull out a pin with an instrument.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Nope! Super easy! Open box ... take out. Unwrap. I shake the cartridge back a forth to level out the toner inside just in case the box was stored on its side from transporting. (Also a tip: when the printer says the toner is low or out, I take the cartridge out and shake it to re-distribute the toner then I get more copies out of it.) You should have already pulled out the old cartridge. Put new one in. Push in drawer and your printer recognizes HP ink and calibrates. Then you are good to go. Hope this helps!
