• I don't think so. A drop of water on a color print will leave a smear.

• Yes, it can be used on fabric printable sheets. Epson printers use an archival ink with their inkjet printers. Hp inks will work but not as long lasting in my opinion.

• Yes. Let it completely dry and then follow the directions on your fabric sheets to set the color. I have been in a hurry and forgotten to do this and have not had any trouble with the ink running or fading.

• No, this is ink that is best for photos, not fabric.
