Yes. Never had a problem with the ink cart.

Yes, they are full cartridges, not samples that you sometimes get with a new printer just to get you started. I sometimes buy the 564XL cartridges that have more ink (maybe twice as much). I actually buy these packs with all the colors in one package to get the free photo papers or cards and envelopes.
