“I have an HP photosmart printer C4600. My printer is no longer reliable and I am looking to replace it. I DO HAVE at least 4 ink cartridges that work with the C4600. Is there any available model HP printer that still uses HP 60 cartridges?”

Unfortunately, HP no longer manufactures printers that use that cartridge.
