what is the difference between the HP60 Ink and HP60XL Ink cartridges? null

The HP 60XL Tri-color ink cartridge contains twice as much ink as the standard HP 60 Tri-color ink cartridge, and the HP 60XL Black ink cartridge contains three times as much ink as the standard HP 60 Black ink cartridge.

most ink cartridges come half full, thats why the hp60 is about a half cartridge and the XL is basically a full cartridge but is the same size. i know. pretty stupid.

I believe the only difference is the amount of ink it holds. I believe the XL holds more. Refer to the sides of each box to compare the diffences.

The 60xl cartridge is an extra capacity cartridge allowing you to print approximately twice the pages. They are usually not twice the price. You will find it convenient when not having to purchase ink as often.
