Are these ink cartridges re-fillable? So I don't have to buy a whole new cartridge every time?

Yes, they are refillable. You do need to make sure any refill kit you purchase has compatible ink. I use a syringe/ink kit purchased on Ebay with success. These HP61 cartridges are already somewhat affordable by comparison, so you can really stretch a dollar with a little effort. Refilling takes practice, and you need to be careful not to get ink everywhere. So maybe refilling is not for everyone, but is definitely worth the time to economizers who do enough printing.

sorry but no its not refillable but i did see on tv one time ink that are refillable but you need to research it first to see if those are right for your printer

I don't know if it is refillable, but I wouldn't recommend it. the last time I tried to refill a cartridge it messed up my printer to the point I had to buy a new printer.

They probably are but I would not trust refilled cartridges. The cartridge may not be sealed properly and the ink would spill out on your printer. I've heard horror stories about refilled cartridges.

HP ink cartridges should not be refilled. Refilled ink cartridges can leak in the printer requiring service that will not be covered under warranty. In addition, the print quality will suffer with refilled ink cartridges because the nozzles become clogged with this additional use. Please note that HP does not manufacture or support refillable ink cartridges. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
