• It depends on your printer. Mines a 3830 and it fits the 63 ink cartridge. Each printer has a different cartridge. They don’t all use the same one. Wouldn’t fun if they did.

• I really don't have a clue. It was unavailable in store, but was ready, miraculously, for pickup the next day when I went home to order on line. I also ordered it from Amazon with no problem!

• Unfortunately, the printers that use this ink are getting some age on them and the production quantities of this ink cartridge are reducing. This leads to out of stock situations at some facilities. Most likely they were out of stock when you tried to make your order. You may have better luck at a later date or another facility.
