• For the black, the standard 65 is rated at 120 pages, while the color is 100. For the XL cartridges, it's 300 pages for both black and color

• hp 65 xl will print 300 pages where as the regular will only print 120, for the black ink; tri color xl will also print 300 pages and the regular 100
