“I lived in the UAE and was using HP 305 for my deskjet 2710. I moved to Canada and was unable to find any store selling 305. I saw HP 67 is compatible with 2700 series, Will it work on my deskjet 2710? Thanks for answering.”

Printers sold in different parts of the world are set up to take different cartridges, so the same printer that will only use the 305 cartridges in the UAE will use the 67s in Canada. However, the printer's "region" can be reset, so it will take the cartridges you can get in Canada. You'll need to have the HP support team walk you through the process.
