• Mine came with ink and the offer for a 6 month free additional supply if preferred..

• It comes with ink and the power cord. It does not come with paper and if you wanted to use it with a wired connection you would need a USB printer cable. If you're going to use it with a wireless connection you wouldn't need the printer cable.
