“Have had this printer for 2. Weeks. Several people tried to connect it for me without luck. Cannot get it to connect to iPad or iPhone. Any suggestions greatly appreciated”

Please try again later.Your printer has a Wi-Fi Direct button/icon (the icon with three devices--a phone, tablet, and a dark colored machine--on it) on the right bottom side of the button pad. Be sure you've turned on wireless on your iPad. Then turn on the printer and press the Wi-Fi Direct icon until the little circular light beside it turns solid white rather than blinking white. Then hit print in whatever app you are using, and this printer should show up in the list of printers from which you can print. Press that printer's name, and the file should print.
