• Yes it can be moved frequently. Very light and compact. To print all you need is Bluetooth. To use scanner must have internet or wifi.

• Yes, you can move it but the wifi setup would be a little more complicated since it does not have a display. If you had a similar model like the Envy 5055 you could actually view and connect to various wifi networks and even enter the passwords through the screen on the printer. Otherwise you would typically be using WPS to set up. Another alternative would be to leave it connected to your home wifi and when you take it to school use the printers built in wifi direct to connect and print wirelessly.
