Not sure if your complaints are about the printer or laptop but this is a wireless printer so anything can print to it. It’s not the top of the line but if you want a quick print it works from my iPhone my daughters laptop my desktop set up to work at hone from my job. For color it’s slow. But otherwise word documents pdf”s pretty fast if not too much color. So what is a more detailed complaint you don’t have to have hp to hp. It also allows you to control the jobs thru your phone.
