Will this work with cromebook if I do not have wifi? null

I'm not overly familiar with Chromebook, but I know what it is. If it has a USB port, you can connect the printer with a USB cable. The printer has a port and comes with a USB connector.

Unfortunately no; you need access to wifi to utilize Google Cloud Printing, which is how your Chromebook would be able to print to any printer, not just HP models.
