It should. I have not tried a windows PC with it. But it works so easily with anything. I don't think it would be a problem

Please try again later.I no longer have a Windows XP machine to test with the printer, but I have found that the printer works with all of the Apple and Windows (virtual) machines on my wireless network. I can also print directly from my tablet and phone through the HP Connect software. Sometimes another HP printer number shows up in the dialogue boxes on my computer screen, but the files still print. The printer also comes with a USB cord, so you could connect the printer directly to your XP device if your XP device has a USB port (although you would probably need to download HP printer software on the XP device to print directly from that device).
