Unfortunately, I have found that to be a common problem with my home printers. That has happened with four different home printers for me (not this one thus).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That really isn't normal. Inkjet printers definitely benefit from regular use (every couple weeks or so at the least). It sounds like you need to run a cleaning cycle through the maintenance options in the HP Smart app to return your printing to optimal quality.
