It does do duplex printing but it's manual. It prints out all of the front pages on one side then, when it pauses, you have to flip that stack and put it back in the feeder and it will print the back side. If you added an automatic duplexer to this printer, it would no longer be nice and compact.

Please try again later.No. You can only print on the back if you manually flip the paper over and insert it again (this is the case for ALL printers that feed paper through the back top of the printer, including all HP DeskJets as well as entry-level printers of most other brands).
