You will not be able to reduce or enlarge directly on the printer. You will need a model that has a touchscreen control panel to reduce and enlarge directly in the printer. I would look at the HP OfficeJet Pro 8000 or 9000 series models. They will support reducing and enlarging directly on the printer.
