The most simple cure is to power the printer off and remove the cord from the outlet, then reconnect and power on after a few minutes. The printer will find the network and all should be well. If not, use the HP Print and Scan doctor to diagnose and fix the problem. If neither of these cures help, please reach out to HP Support for a detailed analysis and resolution.
