Thank you for the question. Yes, the DeskJet 4155e will accept cardstock up to 110lb. You would load card stock as you would standard paper, but because it's thicker, you will not load as many pages in the tray. Depending on your software, you might have a print menu where you can change the paper type to "cards" or "special papers".
