You can install a graphics card. However, because the power supply is rated at 180 watts, it will need to be a pretty basic card. The Geek Squad at your local Best Buy can best advise you on the graphics card you could add. You can upgrade the processor to either a Ryzen 5 4600G or a Ryzen 7 4700G.
