“I bought this computer from Best Buy on 8/10/2020 Got it all set up and everything works except the cd player. I put cd in and close the door and nothing happens. Can't find any info on the computer on how to get it to work. Robert”

We recommend downloading the VLC media player, so you can play your CDs: https://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html You will want to choose the "Get VLC for Windows" option.
