“I purchased the prior version from BBuy a bit less than a year ago; really like it. This week, the right hinge popped on opening--classified as "accidental" damage not under warranty, even though no accident. Does this version have better hinges?”

-This is my First Version of HP Envy -So I can’t compare to an Earlier Model -However the Hinges on this Model appears sturdy -Hope this Helps
