Mohamed, thank you for your question on this HP Envy 2-in-1! It has only one M.2 slot in it for a drive and no internal HDD connection. You can use it in a 220V current if you purchase the respective adapter for it in that country. HP does not recommend using voltage convertors on any of their products.

You would need a SATA connector for an HDD (Hard Disc Drive--only refers to drives with spinning platters) and you would need the space for one. This could be done with a desktop, where there are several options, but not with a laptop, where it would have to be designed with the appropriate gap/space for the platter drive.
