Wow, SO new, take it back to Best Buy. Get a new one.

The Thunderbolt 4 ports and the USB Type-A port on the right side support HP Sleep and charge. If you are using the USB-A port on the left side, (next to the headphone port) does not support charging. This laptop supports fast charging, from 0 to 50% in just 30 minutes.
